《つきみぷらねっと – CLASSIC REMASTER -》
是将13年前制作的短篇免费视觉小说重新制作而成的高清重制版。
本作尽可能保留了当时的画面、美术风格、氛围以及游戏体验，
并针对现代环境重新构建，使其能够更加舒适地游玩。
主人公是一名所剩时日无多的青年。
在一个月夜，一位名叫“つきみ”的少女突然出现在他的病房中，并自称是“来自月球的外星人”。
随后，她对他说：
“我可以帮你实现最后一个愿望。”
然而，主人公许下的愿望并不是什么巨大的奇迹。
“明天，我还想和你说话。”
就这样，他与つきみ共度的短暂时光开始了。
然而，她却有一个无论如何也无法告诉主人公的秘密。
这是一个关于在月光下相遇的两个人，短暂而略带不可思议色彩的故事。
